The development that occurs in children includes all aspects of life that they live both physically and non-physically. Development means a series of progressive changes that occur as a result of the process of maturity and experience.
In discussing this development, there are many theories put forward by experts, including:
- Psychosexual Development (Freud)
- Psychosocial Development (Erik Erikson)
- Cognitive Development (Piaget)
Aspects of child development include physical, intelligence, emotional, language, social, personality, moral, and religious awareness.
