In 2040, FITK will become a superior and independent Faculty, capable of producing young professionals with entrepreneurial spirit and innovative works in the field of education that are nationally and internationally competitive and useful in improving the quality of the education system in Indonesia based on Islamic and Indonesian national values.

Vision of the Elementary Teacher Education Study Programme

“In 2040, PGSD Alma Ata University will become a leading study programme in producing prospective elementary school teachers who excel in the field of character education development based on Islamic and Indonesian national values, independent, globally competitive,and contributing to the advancement of the intellectual life of the nation”.”.

Mission of of the Elementary Teacher Education Study Programme

  1. Organising Tridharma of Higher Education activities that are of high quality and globally competitive, contributing to the intellectual advancement of the nation’s life, and having orientation towards the development of character education based on Islamic and Indonesian national values.
  2. Developing an academic system and atmosphere conducive to the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education through the development of good study programme management gradually and continuously to support the realisation of  good university governance.

Objectives of the Elementary Teacher Education Study Programme

  1. Producing graduates who excel in the field of character education development, are competent, professional, globally competitive, have noble character, and uphold Islamic and Indonesian national values.
  2. Producing graduates who are able to produce scientific works of national and international reputation that contribute to the intellectual life of the nation.
  3. Building an academic atmosphere conducive to the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities.
  4. Developing a study programme governance system based on the principles of good university governance.

Vision of Mathematics Education

In 2040, Mathematics Education of Alma Ata University will become an independent Study Programme, excelling in ICT-based mathematics learning innovation, and capable of producing professional, globally competitive teachers, contributing to the development of the nation’s welfare and world civilisation based on Islamic and Indonesian national values.

Mission of Mathematics Education

  • Carrying out educational activities, research, and community service (Tridharma of Higher Education) in the field of mathematics education that is of high quality, contributing to the development of the nation’s welfare and world civilisation based on Islamic and Indonesian national values
  • Developing an academic system and atmosphere conducive to the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education through the development of academic infrastructure, human resources, and Good University Governance gradually and continuously.

Objectives of Mathematics Education

  1. To become a Mathematics Education Study Programme that is superior with Islamic characters
  2. To become an independent Mathematics Education Study Programme with good governance practices
  3. To producing graduates of prospective Mathematics teachers who are professional, competitive and highly motivated, have a global vision, and have noble character.

In 2040, the PGMI Study Program of Alma Ata will become a superior Study Program in the field of learning design for elementary education level that is globally competitive, contributing to the development of the nation’s welfare and world civilisation based on Islamic and national values.

Mission of MI Teacher Education

  1. Carrying out educational activities, research, and community service (Tridharma of Higher Education) in the field of learning design that is oriented towards the needs of high-quality elementary education, contributing to the development of the nation’s welfare and world civilisation based on Islamic and Indonesian national values.
  2. Developing an academic system and atmosphere conducive to the implementation of thquality culture in organising the Tridharma of Higher Education through the development of academic infrastructure, human resources, and Good University Governance gradually and continuously.
